Here is the diagram, 

HowTo:

MikroTik IP info:

Step 1 : Enable VPN SERVER

• PPP --> PPTP Server --> Enable --> Apply --> OK

Step 2 : Create VPN pool

• IP --> Pool --> +
• Name: VPN_Pool
• Address: 10.10.10.5-10.10.10.55

Step 3 : Create VPN Profile

• PPP --> Profile --> +
• Name: VPN_Profile
• Local Address: 172.16.5.200
• Remote Address: VPN_Pool

Step 4 : Create VPN Users

• PPP --> Secretes --> +
• Name: vnk001
• Password: vnk001passwd
• Service: PPTP
• Profile: VPN_Profile

Apply --> OK

Step 5 : Create VPN Client on Client Site, 

--> Network and Sharing Center

--> Set up a new connection or network

--> Connect to a workplace

--> User my Internet Connection (VPN)

--> Type the internet address to connect to

• Internet Address:  124.124.124.200
• Destination name: VPN Connection

--> Type your username and password, 

--> Connect
